God save our King!

Yesterday JR and I went to watch 1957 Hati Malaya. We were supposed to attend the Malam Bangsa Malaysia in Penang but due to some unfortunate event, we had to call off the plan. So in the evening, with our patriotic spirit still unsatisfied, we decided to date one another to watch the show. I remember Rusdi Ramli from his keris yielding Pendekar days and Maya Karin as the superbly voluptious host from the Wella show (yeap, I missed all those Suhaimi Baba's Pontianak and Jari Hantu movies). Both of them still looked pretty much the same, although I must say I admire Rusdi's natural "jujur" look. Even when in one of the scene he was engagaged in a fight, he appeared to look "jujur" saja and was the one who apologized to his warung owner friends for wrecking their stall.   more »
